Poultry Nutritionist - London, Ontario

Reporting to the Director of Nutrition, the Nutritionist will be responsible for developing poultry feed programs as part of the monogastric nutrition group.  This position will be based in our London office.

You will work closely with Account Managers and the Nutrition team to provide feed formulation, feeding management advice and technical support to our customers.   You will provide ongoing nutritional training and act as a resource for the sales team, additionally you will participate with quality assurance and quality control programs.

 

Requirements:

Sound nutritional knowledge in poultry is required. A strong background in poultry nutrition and management is desirable.
 
The successful candidate will possess a minimum MSc (Agriculture) degree in Animal Nutrition (Poultry).  While industry related experience is preferred, superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in computer and nutrition software applications.

Accounting / Administrative Coordinator - Cowtown, Regina

Reporting into the General Manager, this position ensures accurate and timely accounting functions and support for our retail facilities. Cowtown, reports into its’ Corporate Office in London, ON.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include A/P, verifying the accuracy and completeness of accounting data, determining the general ledger accounts, journals, and subsidiary accounts affected and the accounting entries to be made up to month end closings, assist with internal and external audits, investigate discrepancies and make necessary changes to GL. In addition, you would be required to perform routine administrative duties. 

Requirements:

• Experience as a competent bookkeeper or intermediate accountant.
• Detailed oriented and able to accurately manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 
• Able to communicate information and respond to questions
• Discreet and are able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to prioritize, multi task, meet deadlines, and processes analytical skills and experience
Preference will be given to candidates with Profit Master experience.

Bagger/Warehouse Worker - Wingham, ON

Duties include:
Shipping and receiving, packaging, and processing of grain and feeds products, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records. 

Requirements:

1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Previous feed mill, or agricultural experience is an asset.
• A proven track record of reliability and safe work habits.
• Must be physically capable of lifting 25kg repeatedly.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Able to work at elevated heights as required.
• Steel toed boots are mandatory.

Regular shifts are Monday to Friday with overtime available. 
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts including evening or late shift work.
