Healthy cattle require a balanced and consistent intake of nutrients. Rite-Lix low moisture blocks are proven to attract cattle more consistently than conventional supplementation methods, and due to their hardness they cannot be bitten, chewed or over consumed.

Cattle lick Rite-Lix blocks periodically throughout the day, ensuring a limited and consistent intake. Typical consumption is from 125 to 500 grams per head per day, depending on forage quality and animal size.

Low-moisture supplement blocks help increase forage or pasture utilization in all cattle. The licking action also increases saliva which aids in gut health.

BLOCKS FOR BEEF

All beef blocks now contain Sel-Plex® – organic Selenium, and Bioplex® – organic trace minerals, which are readily absorbed, utilized and stored to make sure cows get the most out of the minerals they consume.

32-18 – 32% protein formulation with 18% from NPN (non-protein nitrogen sources). Contains Fibrozyme for better fibre digestion for cattle on low quality forage or pasture.

22-10 – 22% protein formulation with 10% from NPN for cattle on medium quality forage or pasture.

16 AN – 16% all natural protein formulation for cattle on good quality forage or pastures.

Maxi-Block – 14% all natural protein formulation for higher vitamin and trace mineral requirements. Ideal for calving, lactation, re-breeding and periods of stress.

Mega-Block – 12% protein and 12% fat, highly fortified protein and Omega-3 fatty acid from vegetable oils, formulated for cattle during times of stress or increased demand.

Min-Block – Free-choice formulation for cattle on good quality forage or pastures. Complete 1:1 mineral formulation in a controlled consumption block.

Multi-Block – 13% for all livestock needing supplemental protein when feeding Copper is a concern. Now with added yeast and Vitamin E.

2-1 (G) – A mineral supplementation block with no added protein. Contains garlic for added flavouring.

Altosid® IGR.01 – A solid nutritional supplement containing 0.01% S-Methoprene Insect Growth Regulator for continuous feeding to beef cattle. It prevents the emergence of adult horn flies from the manure of treated cattle. Existing adult horn flies will not be affected.

Blueprint® 2-1 Altosid® IGR.01 – A solid nutritional supplement with 100% organic trace minerals. It contains 0.01% S-Methoprene Insect Growth Regulator for continuous feeding to beef cattle. It prevents the emergence of adult horn flies from the manure of treated cattle. Existing adult horn flies will not be affected.

Blueprint® 2:1 – Provides 100% of trace minerals required in organic form.

Blueprint® Breeder 18 – 18% protein formulation provides energy, minerals and vitamins as well as 100% organic trace minerals.

BLOCKS FOR DAIRY

Free Stall – A free-choice supplement for lactating dairy cows. Helps to promote feed intake, boost nutrient intake, combat heat stress or issues with sub-acute acidosis.

Fresh Cow – For dairy cows during periods of higher stress at transition or freshening. Assists in keeping feed and nutrient intake up, helps reproductive health and keeps immune system strong.

Dri-Cow – Formulated and balanced specifically for the eight week dry cow period. Large benefit in a time when feed intakes are down and stress levels increase. Helps keep diet balanced to reduce incidences of negative energy balance, milk fever and retained placentas.
